On the afternoon of October 12, 2016, Premier Li Keqiang attended activities at the 2016 National Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week in Shenzhen. Premier Li stopped in front of over 20 exhibition stands and listened to the introduction of innovative projects patiently.

　　Premier Li came to the exhibition stand of Tencent. The enterprise founder Ma Huateng invited him to touch the screen and send electronic “red envelope” to entrepreneurs. The rewards will be used for trademark registration and other entrepreneurial activities. At last, Premier Li took group photos with the entrepreneurs at scene.

　　Later, Premier Li chaired the Global Entrepreneurial Leaders Forum at the 2016 National Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week. 87 famous entrepreneurs from 12 countries and regions attended the forum, including Tencent CEO Ma Huateng, Apple Inc. CEO Timothy Donald Cook, Alibaba Group president Ma Yun, etc.
