In the afternoon, the founding ceremony of Dark Horse Club Tianjin Branch was held in Wanda Vista Hotel Tianjin. President Xiaolei Chen attended the ceremony as the honorary chairman of Dark Horse Club Tianjin Branch. Dark Horse Club was the biggest innovative and entrepreneurial community in China.
The directors of Dark Horse Club announced the establishment of Dark Horse Club Tianjin Branch and took Tianjin as the first pilot city of “Cloud Acceleration” project. Joinscience Incubator was invited as a member of “Cloud Acceleration” investment committee.

“Cloud Acceleration” project officially started and President Chen awarded certificates of honor to new students in Dark Horse Club.
On the ceremony, entrepreneurs and investors shared their entrepreneurial and investment experiences. President Chen said, “Joinscience Incubator is more a PE partner than an investor. Last year, three or four projects we invested are from Dark Horse Club. It’s not just a coincidence. There is a reason.” President Chen highly agreed to Niu’s opinion of “based on industry” and “small and delicate”. He thought that utilization of capital would be improved through the combination between internet and the “based on industry” projects. The “small and delicate” projects would attract VC from the industry and entrepreneurs would acquire not only capital but resource.
Dark Horse Club Tianjin Branch gathered lots of outstanding startup companies in Tianjin. Based on the platform of Dark Horse Club, Tianjin Branch will provide necessary support and grow up with the member companies together.
