Morning of October 28, 2015, Makerspace Policy Presentation Conference of Dongli District held Successfully in Mantou Coffee Makerspace. Deputy innovation director of Tianjin Science&Technology Commission Hu Kai, deputy chief of Dongli District Bai FengXiang, the head of important departments including District Government Office, Personnel Office, Supervision Office, Development and Reform Commission, Industrial Economic Commission, Municipal Commission, Science&Technology Commission, League District Party Committee, and the head of makerspace enterprises attended this conference.
　　The Conference was presided over by deputy director of Dongli District Science&Technology Commission Chen ChengShu. Director Hu Kai introduced the current overall condition of the makerspace work in Tianjin, and the next arrangement of the makerspace work by Tianjin Science&Technology Commission. He said: for approaching the makerspace work, the districts should attach great importance and make scientific decisions after extensive survey, for building linkage mechanism in Tianjin, and leading to the situation of “entrepreneurship and innovation by all”. Deputy chief of Dongli District Bai FengXiang made policy interpretation of makerspace in Dongli. He said that, makerspace is the carrier and effective way to carrying out “entrepreneurship and innovation”, and a new model for “entrepreneurship and innovation” in the circumstance of Internet, so we should insist the principle of Government guidance and market-driven, and follow the guideline of market mechanism, specialized services and capitalization approach while carrying out the related work. The Dongli Government will continue making overall plans, and integrate resources for supporting entrepreneurs; enterprises should persist in the features of industrial development, and build the business model of high-standard and fitting their own development.
　　Then deputy director Chen ChengShu announced the names of Tianjin makerspaces, Dongli District Mantou Coffee Makerspace and the Youth Entrepreneurship Innovation Institute were identified as “Tianjin Municipal Makerspace”. Director Zhang Xu as the representative of Joinscience Incubator received the plaque.
